Terms & Conditions

1. Validity of Ticket
   The ticket is valid for entry into Water World Water Park only.
2. Compliance with Park Rules
   The ticket is sold under the condition that all visitors are bound by the park rules and regulations displayed at the park. By entering the park, visitors agree to abide by these rules.
3. Restricted Areas
   Guests are strictly prohibited from entering restricted or “Back of House” areas.
4. Ticket & Wristband Policy
   Tickets and wristbands are:
   1. Non-transferable
   2. Non-exchangeable
   3. Non-refundable
   4. Non-redeemable for cash
   5. Non-replaceable
   6. Void if altered, defaced, mutilated, or soiled
5. No Re-entry Policy
   Re-entry is not permitted once a guest exits the park. The ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Prohibited Items & Entry Restrictions
   Outside food, alcoholic beverages, intoxicated persons, and pets are strictly not allowed inside the park.
7. Smoking & Misconduct
   Smoking inside the park is strictly prohibited. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct by guests will not be tolerated.
8. Health & Safety Advisory
   Differently-abled persons, pregnant women, and individuals with heart ailments, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions are advised to avoid certain rides.
9. Child Supervision
   Parents/guardians must pay special attention to their children. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
10. Ticket Verification & Entry Control
    Tickets and wristbands must be produced upon request by park or security staff. Management reserves the right to deny entry or restrict access to rides if park rules are not followed.
11. Ride Safety Instructions
    Guests must carefully read and follow all safety instructions displayed at each attraction.
    Height and weight restrictions apply. Certain rides may not be accessible due to safety requirements.
    Management is not responsible for any injury or accident caused due to negligence of guests.
12. Operational Changes
    Park working hours are subject to change without prior notice.
    Management reserves the right to close the park or any ride at any time for safety, technical, or operational reasons. Guests may be required to leave the park before closing time if necessary.
13. Loss or Theft
    Management is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen bags, goods, tickets, or wristbands.
14. Photography & Recording
    Commercial photography, videography, or recording of any event inside the park is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
15. Dress Code
    Proper dress code must be followed while using rides and attractions. Management reserves the right to deny ride access if dress code guidelines are not followed.
16. Jurisdiction
    All disputes are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
